The founders of a brand new bank in Saint Louis approached CORE10 to help define their brand and customer experience. Contrary to popular belief, retail banking is still thriving and M1 needed a look and feel that embodied their mission and values. Our clients felt that retail banking trends have put too much focus on the retail and not enough on financial strength and wealth building. Together we developed a palette of high quality materials and detailing, focusing on bright views, large doors, rich woods, and sophisticated lighting.
