My experience working with CORE10 has been one of professional dedication and focus on client goals and project success. They were a highly regarded design team asset on our Trolley team’s Maintenance Facility design.

on Arnold Masonry: To blend a new stone structure into a structure that has been in existence for over 100 years takes a special craftsman… One is hard pressed to see what was new and what was added.

CORE10 provided the vision and execution to develop what has become for us the best functioning portion of our campus. They took a complex project and delivered innovation within tight time and budget parameters. They remained responsive to our needs throughout the project. I cannot envision a better experience.

We worked with CORE10’s Sheila Miranda last year on the design and construction of Green Bean. It was a pleasure to work with her! After discussing a general idea for the resaurant, Sheila came back with a very creative design that fit perfectly with our vision. Sheila and the CORE10 team came up with ideas that we would have never thought of and we are very happy with the outcome. She has a great ability to picture details, materials and colors and how they will all fit together to create a united design. I highly recommend Sheila and I hope to continue working with her as we expand Green Bean or if we work on any other project.

Greentree Community Church
The architects created a fellowship courtyard at Greentree Community Church to support the church’s mission of reaching out to the neighborhood. The entrance porch, sanctuary, fellowship hall, and courtyard form an ensemble that invites visitors in from the street and forms a friendly stage for church and community events.

Over the past several years I have had the privilege to work with Tyler Stephens and the CORE10 team through our building project at Greentree Community Church. Tyler has been a great asset to GTCC as he has helped us clearly identify what we need in a facility, designed a beautiful facility to meet those needs and has done this in a financially responsible manner. We are thrilled with the work CORE10 has done for us and consider it an honor to have them as a partner and friend during this process.

Tyson Research Center
In 2010 we engaged CORE10 to help us identify and address our needs in a Facilities Plan for Tyson Research Center. We were very pleased with how Michael and Tyler dove right into the project and spent a lot of time on-site learning about exactly what we do and what our needs are. In the end, we are very pleased with CORE10’s recommendations and plans, which included a very clever repurposing of some currently unoccupied space.
