4501 Lindell Boulevard
St. Louis, MO 63108
We are located in Suite 1a, on the ground floor of the Lindell Terrace Condominium building
CORE10 is looking for an emerging Project Architect. We are looking for someone who knows how to draw buildings, work out details, and add to the design conversation. The work ranges across a variety of new projects from mixed use developments, to institutional construction, to new single family residential projects. While the primary tasks will involve putting together detailed construction documents under the direction of a project manager, there is ample room for growth into a hotshot licensed architect. CORE10 is a tight group of loyal architects and drafters who love the City of St. Louis and contributing to its rich architectural heritage. If any of that sounds intriguing to you, check the qualifications list below and give us a call (x800, ask for Michael).
Specifically, we would like to meet interested individuals with:
3-7 years of job experience preparing construction drawings in various structural materials
an eye toward a license in the future
knowledge of construction techniques or on site experience
fluency in AutoCAD, Revit
comfort with 3DS Max
Applicants must demonstrate:
familiarity with construction details and processes
experience interpreting design sketches to prepare finished drawings used for construction
in-person communication skills
experience working in small teams
resourcefulness and the ability to self-start
experience scheduling work to meet project milestones
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Post your resume and materials (we love sketches) to us with the button above (it will send you to Dropbox) and upload your files. Please combine all of your materials into a single .pdf with your name in the title.
Taking MetroLink? We are 5 blocks north of the station on Taylor.
Usually guest parking is available in spaces on the north side of our building. If not, park for free or at 2 hour meters along Taylor to our east or Lindell to our south. Enter the main building lobby from the east and security will buzz you in, or enter our office directly from the south. Please do not park in the garage - residents only.
Wheel chairs can reach our office best from the north guest spaces (small curb). Deliveries can reach us best by parking in the alley or in the loading area on the west side of the building. If you are disabled and require special accomodations to visit CORE10, please call us.
We always appreciate hearing from vendors of products or services that help us create great performing, sustainable architecture. If you have a product or service that emphasizes value for our clients, environmental responsibility, high durability, and modern design then we would like to learn more about you. Please contact Michael (x800) or Sheila (x803) to arrange a time for your presentation.
We appreciate AIA and LEED CEUs. And, of course, we appreciate lunch.
Tuesdays and Thursdays work best for us.
We usually have 5 or 6 attendees and only one with a dietary restriction (no mayo).
We're happy providing our own beverages.
Please ask the caterer to minimize packaging, straws, etc. and avoid plastic utensils and bottled water entirely.
We'll eat just about anything but are known to be fond of:
